Meeting 18th December

On our Christmas Special meeting TH as Chair asked assembled members to introduce themselves with their best/worst of the festive season.
It was happily informal and almost paperless ‘to save a twig’.

The word of the day was ‘sprout’ which was used with extraordinary enthusiasm. Tiny green chocolate sprouts were distributed to all for their imaginative efforts as well as individual chocolate offerings for outstanding contributions.

DS prepared an enormous parcel of wrapped topics which were passed around.
Everybody bravely had a crack at their surprise topic and we enjoyed an extended break consuming a considerable amount of the excellent spread which had been assembled under the practised eye of LG with contributions from all.

We laughed, ate and exchanged amusing anecdotes before departing for a festive break to return for our first meeting of 2020 on the 15th of January.
